How ordering works

1. Choose tea and add it to your cart.
2. Send an order request with your country, city and WhatsApp number.
3. We confirm availability, delivery details and the next steps on WhatsApp before payment.

The website currently accepts enquiries. It does not charge a card or collect payment details.

Prices and confirmation

Tea prices and cart totals are shown in euros for the listed pack weights. The cart total is an estimate for tea only. Delivery and any destination-specific charges are discussed before payment. Sending a request does not reserve stock or commit you to a purchase.

Your destination

Delivery availability, timing and any destination requirements are checked for your request. Sending an enquiry does not confirm that delivery is available to your country.

Product information

Source and harvest information appears under Source & batch on each tea page. We add the farmer, garden and batch story as those details become available.

Changing your request

If you need to change your selection or destination, include your request reference when speaking with us. Before any purchase is agreed, ask for the final delivery, cancellation and returns terms for your destination.
