EITHER WAY / A FEW ANSWERS
GOOD TO KNOW.
Can I buy tea on this website?
You can choose teas, add them to a cart and send an order request. We confirm the available batch, delivery and full cost with you before payment. The website does not take payments, and sending a request does not commit you to a purchase.
Where do you deliver, and how long will it take?
We check delivery for your country and city when you send a request. Delivery time and cost depend on your destination and the available shipment. We confirm those details before you decide to proceed.
What do the displayed prices include?
The catalogue shows tea prices in euros for the listed weight. Delivery and any destination-specific charges are not included in the cart estimate. The final total is confirmed in conversation before payment.
Are the curated sets available?
The collections are being prepared. Each collection page lists a proposed selection and pack size; neither availability nor a selling price has been confirmed. You can explore the individual teas in the catalogue in the meantime.
Do I need special equipment?
A cup, a heat-safe brewing vessel and a strainer are enough to begin. The product guides give small-vessel brewing starting points. Our journal explains how to adapt the amount of leaf and steep time to your own cup.
Do the tea descriptions promise a particular effect?
Taste and experience vary. Historical notes identify what a source says about a named tea, its family or tea in general. Our proposed pairings and first-hand observations are labelled separately; neither a historical account nor a personal observation promises the same result for everyone.
Are these your photographs?
Yes. The photographs of the teas and brewing sessions are our own.
Can a café, shop or studio enquire?
Yes. Use the wholesale form to tell us the tea, approximate quantity and destination you have in mind. We discuss batch availability, pack sizes and commercial terms before an order is agreed.
Start with our whole leaf brewing guide, ordering details or wholesale enquiry form.
